Data Needs Survey Results Analysis BPS Pandeglang Regency 2023

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey organized by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2023 SKD are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit of BPS by face-to-face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by phone, facsimile, e-mail, mail, website, or online statistics service. In general, the purpose of implementing the 2023 SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2023 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI). The scope of the analysis of the results of the 2023 SKD is the PST BPS of Pandeglang Regency.
