Data Requirements Survey (SKD) 2024

The 2024 Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey that aims to obtain consumer perceptions about service quality and BPS data quality, as well as identifying consumer data needs.

SKD results are used as evaluation material to improve service quality and provide statistical data and information.

 Specifically, SKD 2024 aims to:

1. Know the type of data needed by consumers;

2. Knowing the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data and services;

3. Provide recommendations for improving services in the PST units in each BPS work unit;

4. Know the achievement of BPS Main Performance Indicators (IKU); And

5. Knowing the value of anti-corruption perceptions of BPS services.
